In 2012 I switched from music consultancy to writing. Ta da! Over the past few years I’ve written glossy brochures for luxury cars, web words for creative agencies, brand stories for office buildings, unicorn driving tests, airline newsletters, and more—some of which you can find on my website www.most-played.com
(And yep, I also do more "corporate" writing... Take a look at 6KBW Law Chambers and London Strategy Unit on my site for some examples.)

This is really annoying. I’m recommending Sam even though I want her to come back and work for us again. It’s like writing a dating profile for my estranged wife. Sam has a rare ability to be both hilarious and disciplined. There is a lightness of touch to her writing that makes it a joy to read. And (when you want it to be) it’s very funny too. She is also very dedicated, interrogating the brief and asking questions to ensure what she delivers hits the mark. Beneath her playful wit there is a sense of earnestness that she wants to make the time she spends count. And if something needs rewriting, she’ll do it without a sniff. This is one of the greatest skills a commercial writer can have: the discipline to put the work before the art. No brief is too small or frivolous. Everything deserves good writing and Sam will deliver it. Come back, you fool.

Sam collaborated with Six:Thirty on a positioning project for a technology brand. The work ranged from writing positioning statements to tone of voice guides and marketing messages. Sam was great to work with, with the ability to match strategic thinking with creative copywriting.

Thanks Sam, great work!
Nicola Andrews, Creative Resource Manager
Sam is a great writer with strong research and interviewing skills and an excellent turn of phrase. She is always punctual and reliable when it comes to meeting deadlines, and I would definitely recommend her to other publications.
Jayne Robinson, Future Media / Central Editorial at BBC
I worked with Sam last year on a project for a big corporate client where we co-designed and executed an interactive online and offline game involving USA, Brasil and France. Sam was in charge of developing all the copy (i.e. for the game, for the platform, for the ads, etc etc) and she proved to be an invaluable asset for the team: quality, timeliness, and availability were always guaranteed.
Serena Alboni, Social Business & Start Ups
Sam worked with us on a recruitment project. We are an industrial tech company and I was really impressed with how she connected with what we do. She quickly identified a unique viewpoint to the project and we are really happy with what she delivered. She communicated regularly during the project, working up different concepts and presented options, while offering guidance. She hit her deadlines and delivered on time. We will not hesitate to use Sam again in the future if more projects arise. I would very comfortably recommend her services to others.
David Kinsella, Project Manager at Buhler
I hired Sam to rewrite content for our website so that it is better enabled for SEO and PPC, to write the company blog going forward and to compose various press releases ahead of our launch. Her work so far has exceeded my expectations: the quality, creativity and execution have been excellent. Sam sticks to deadlines and has kept within budget which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Sam as a copywriter/editor.

Sam collaborated with London Strategy Unit to produce a white paper on how Financial Service providers can better connect with SMEs and entrepreneurs. Combining attention to detail with an original point of view to help generate valuable insight, Sam was a pleasure to work with.
